Ukrainian communities
in Poland

Poland is home to more than 1.5 million war refugees from Ukraine. Currently, there are more than 30 Ukrainian communities, which cooperate with Polish Baptist Union congregations.

Mission

The New Roots Program supports Ukrainian community leaders and their initiatives to integrate into Polish society.

Leaders of these groups organize periodic community events, language courses, activities for children - including therapeutic workshops on trauma, camps and day camps for children and youth.
