Pause, Growth, and Inspiration at the European Leadership Forum

✨ In ministry, it is easy to focus on action. That is why we need moments to pause, listen to God’s voice, and learn from others.

Eunika, Daniel, and Jonasz took part in the European Leadership Forum. It is an annual gathering of leaders from evangelical communities across Europe, held in Wisła, Poland. 🌍

For us, it was a time of training in organizational management, development, and fundraising. But it was also a moment to pause and reflect on our life with God. 🙏

Together with other Christian leaders, we were able to exchange experiences and ask ourselves important questions:

• Does our leadership reflect God’s expectations for leaders?

• What is working well, and what can we do better?

We return with gratitude, inspiration, and notes ready to be turned into action. 📝☕
