Thanks to the generosity of the First Baptist Church in Wrocław, Taras and Julia, together with their children, have moved into a spacious apartment next to the church 🏠💛
There is room for everyone—for the children, the parents, and the grandfather, who will soon join them from Ukraine. There is also a yard and a playground that the children had been hoping for so much—and that brought the biggest smiles 😊
Taras and Julia come from Kherson. They have always had open hearts for children—their own and those who needed a home. Their family of four welcomed six siblings just a few months before the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. Together, in great haste, they left Kherson and made their way to Wrocław. In a truly remarkable way, they managed to rent a small apartment and start over.
The past few years in Poland have been a time of learning, adaptation, discovering a new language, and facing everyday challenges. The children were growing, and their previous apartment was becoming increasingly too small. Together, they prayed for a bigger home.
Through the First Church in Wrocław, God answered those prayers. 💛
It is beautiful to be part of this story. We also received drawings from the children—touching and full of joy 🎨✨ Take a look!
We wish Taras and Julia’s family a good life in their new home—peaceful and safe 🤍From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the First Baptist Church in Wrocław for the wonderful partnership of recent months. Your openness and willingness to help were an answer to the prayers of the children and the whole family. Thank you! 💛
